Best is Adamant Chainbody

Saying just that won't convince me.

So why is it best?

I think you lose like 21-22 Gp from alching it and its the best F2P item to alch.

So you need to know, and since Green d hide body is considered best to alch i need some price loss comparision per alch to be convinced on whats best.

I am asking btw for a friend

just take the gold from alching and subtract the cost of item and the cost of a nature rune

Orthodoxy is unconciousness
