How to come there is explained in the quest: Travel in the canoe to an area north of the Trollweiss Hunter Area. Enter the cave and head south and speak to Jhallan to find that he still needs to locate a peaceful spot for his hibernation. I'm not sure, but if you die in the cavern, I've heard that your gravestone appears somewhere else, since it's a special area. I don't know where it appears or even if that's the case and I'm not "brave" enough to test it.
