Since the quest Tale of the Muspah http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=204 is out there is an other place to find jelly's.

 

 

 

How to come there is explained in the quest:

 

Travel in the canoe to an area north of the Trollweiss Hunter Area. Enter the cave and head south and speak to Jhallan to find that he still needs to locate a peaceful spot for his hibernation.

 

 

 

To make the canoe you have to got nearly finished the quest.

This is correct. I'm not sure, but if you die in the cavern, I've heard that your gravestone appears somewhere else, since it's a special area. I don't know where it appears or even if that's the case and I'm not "brave" enough to test it.
