I tried looking on runewiki but for some reason it jams fairly often on my computer. thanks in advance for any help. Best herb to plant for gp is Ranarr atm, it is definitly recommended that you have magic secateurs and possibly My Arm's Adventure complete. If you are short on start up cash, or don't want to risk as much money in seeds (it isnt a risk with the two things I listed) then you can just get toadflax, which are nearly the same profit (slightly lower). The main thing Im looking for is a calculator that says what herb makes the best profit, start up cash isnt a problem.
