June 26, 200917 yr You're welcome. This may also be useful to keep in mind (RuneScape update 22 June): "If you are serious about Agility, its likely you've not been to the Gnome Stronghold or Gunnjorn's barbarian course for some time. This week, that could change, as these Agility trainers have spent long hours constructing new routes around the courses that only the most agile players should attempt. These extended courses will not only give you a chance to show off your most agile moves, but will also reward you with weight-reducing clothing, should you complete enough laps. With the addition of these extended courses, the cave goblins of Dorgesh-Kaan have made some changes to their Agility course, too. Theyve decided to make the course a little less unforgiving, so you should find that you fail less often. The other main change is that the entry requirement for the existing course has been increased from 70 Agility to 80 Agility, while the two extended courses have entry requirements of 85 and 90 Agility, respectively." I believe if you are about 4 levels above the requirement of these new courses you will not fail them. I was told they are among the best agility experience in the game now. Although, I am unaware of the exact rates per hour. You may as well use Ape Atoll until you can try out the Gnome Course addition. Then decide based on how much you fail as to whether or not you should train a bit more before changing courses. June 26, 200917 yr I don't know rates, but I would do ape atoll at 75. Dorgesh on 80. Gnome on 85. Barbarian on 90. Anything to 99.
June 27, 200917 yr 45-50k is normal at ape atoll(55k is possible if every lap is perfect with the tricks), I believe Dorg is supposed to be around 52k an hr now.
