June 30, 200917 yr You get the same strength bonus for rune defender and for obby shield, so the question is, do you want defense or attack bonuses? If you've already got good armor and you don't have any problems, go ahead and get a defender. Otherwise, if you're eating a little more food than you'd like, get the shield. It's actually not a bad idea to have both, for different situations. Rune defenders can be kind of annoying to get, though. June 30, 200917 yr Then just use the Rune Def, it is the best shield out there. DFS isn't as good, and neither is the Obby Shield. But if you need defense use the latter 2.
