Norriie Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 You get the same strength bonus for rune defender and for obby shield, so the question is, do you want defense or attack bonuses? If you've already got good armor and you don't have any problems, go ahead and get a defender. Otherwise, if you're eating a little more food than you'd like, get the shield. It's actually not a bad idea to have both, for different situations. Rune defenders can be kind of annoying to get, though. But if you need defense use the latter 2.
