Getting media on the psp?

Featured Replies

I have got a psp, i bought a usb link, and wen i transfer the data, it doesnt show on the psp, but still takes up memory on the stick, does any1 no how to get media to work on the psp?

Format the memory stick through the PSP, that'll create folders on it.

Use something like PSP9 to upload video to it via the USB cable. Or alternatively you can create a folder for video on the memory stick if you have a card reader and manually transfer the video's across.

I don't have a PSP, but I read. Check out Google and search for "PSP9", also try "Transferring video to a PSP".

Notoriously Trollish.

Make sure it's also the right file format. Check and see what you psp version is, go to on your psp Setting> System setting> system information. If you have anything lower than 2.0 you can only put .mp4 files on your psp.

With 2.0 (if you don't have already) can support more file formats and offers a nice web browser :D . To download go to network update on the PSP(if you have a wireless internet conection. Or to http://www.playstation.com and look for a picture that says "psp 2.0 update"
