I hear many people are making private servers and creating their own rules in it. If one makes a private server, can he become a member in it for free? I mean if people can make stuff like these wilderness training zone, why an automatic free membership should not be possible?

Pretty much what Ralag said. Private servers are illegal and a violation of the RuneScape Rules, and therefore also a violation of the Tip.it Forum Rules. Discussing or advertising private servers is not permitted anywhere on the Tip.it Forums. Please review both the Tip.it and RuneScape Rules before posting again.
