this sentence makes me think I can buy it every time I want, which isn't possible... you can only buy this once

yes but you also kill the Elf Warriors (2) at the elf camp in Isafadar or at Lleyta. They do drop the tiny elf crystals but they aren't really a common drop so you'll be killing quite a few before getting one.

I am saying that is the only way to reobtain them ;) (I did get one after 5 kills)

 

but now you are saying this, at http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=4139 they say just elves, but it should be elves in Lleyta :)

Ok I changed the wording a small bit.

 

I was killing the elf warriors in Lleyta for a while for a slayer task and I certainly got quite a few of the tiny elf crystals. Maybe it's different in the elf camp. I might go and check that out.

You can't get any at the elf camp, they don't drop it. Only the ones in Lleyta drop them ;)
