It's +70 crush w/ defender, I believe. The maul gives an even higher bonus, but it's way too slow to be worth it. The Obby mace is only slower to the ZS and SS, so it is the best weapon that can exclusively train attack or defense. ~It's Super Effective! July 5, 200917 yr There is also the Barrelchest anchor, Verac flail, and Torag hammers, but idk if they are any better than the things already mentioned
