No, it does exist.

 

 

 

Obby mace is your best bet. It's +70 crush w/ defender, I believe. The maul gives an even higher bonus, but it's way too slow to be worth it. The Obby mace is only slower to the ZS and SS, so it is the best weapon that can exclusively train attack or defense.

There is also the Barrelchest anchor, Verac flail, and Torag hammers, but idk if they are any better than the things already mentioned

If you have an Enchanted Excalibur or can get your hands on an SGS, they are far better uses for the special bar.
