Obby mace is your best bet. It's +70 crush w/ defender, I believe. The maul gives an even higher bonus, but it's way too slow to be worth it. The Obby mace is only slower to the ZS and SS, so it is the best weapon that can exclusively train attack or defense. ~It's Super Effective!
