weapon: dragon skim

 

platlegs: ?

 

boots: dragon boots

 

ring: ring of life

 

neckless: ?

helm: Neitiznot (use berserker if you didn't finish Fremmy isles)

 

cape: obby cape

 

platbody: sc platebody <-- ??? Only for experience. Use Barrows otherwise.

 

shield: obby shild <-- Rune defender > Obby Shield. Attack bonuses are worth it.

 

weapon: Dragon Scimitar if you want to use a shield. Also obsidian sword, but must be used with berserker necklace.

 

platelegs: Barrows. Veracs skirt is good, but if it's too expensive it can be easily swapped for Torags or Dharoks.

 

boots: dragon boots

 

ring: ring of life <-- if you lag A LOT. Use a wealth if you're hunting a monster with good drops. Otherwise, warrior/berserker.

 

necklace: Berserker if you're wielding obsidian. Fury otherwise. Glory is a cheaper version of fury. Less prayer, and less defense though.

 

Gloves: RFD barrow gloves, dragon gloves, rune gloves. Combat Bracelet and Regeneration are ones that you can buy, and do not require completing RFD.

I like these a lot. But I'd like to point at that if you're able to use a Helm of Neitiznot, then you should be able to use the other Fremmy helms as the first quest is needed to do the later.
