July 6, 200917 yr Defense-wise: The PvP armors are best, but they are impractical. Therefore, Barrows helms are the best, the best of all of them being Verac since it gives a prayer boost. Attack-wise: It would be the warrior helm, but Void w/ full set beats it Strength-wise: Berserker Helm, I believe, but Void w/full set beats it All-round: Neitiznot Helm, but Void w/full set beats it. ~It's Super Effective!
