July 8, 200917 yr Ok currently i planted a yew seed near falador bank to grow into a tree, it is fully grown and healthly. Now my orginal plan was to just wc down and let it grow back. since i thought it is like all other yew trees in the game. I used super compost on it, but it keeps dieing after 1 log i get. Now this is just plain annoying and it happened 8 times in a row already, am i doing something wrong here? why do i just keep getting 1 log, my wc level will soon be 61 i just don't understand did i waste the 92k i spent on this seed? or do i just have really bad luckk?
July 8, 200917 yr Don't dig the tree up after you cut it down. I'm assuming that's what you did. You have to wait for it to respawn like normal trees. Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool
July 8, 200917 yr Author i didnt dig the tree up, but it keeps going to stump form aftere i get 1-3 logs. I know maple trees i can get full inventory

I think it's bad luck, can't be sure because I haven't yet planted my yew tree (I'll probs do that a gnome soon, but I'd never buy a seed). July 9, 200917 yr Its random, i once got 3 loads of logs off one yew tree i planted while all the others i only got a few. If you have a hyrda, that would be the best thing as it lets you grow your tree back after you chopped it. But i say it be better to just go chop down yews that are normally grown. 97k for a seed and you barely get any logs back, I count that as a bad move.
