Doomdevil321 Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 Ok currently i planted a yew seed near falador bank to grow into a tree, it is fully grown and healthly. Now my orginal plan was to just wc down and let it grow back. since i thought it is like all other yew trees in the game. I used super compost on it, but it keeps dieing after 1 log i get. Now this is just plain annoying and it happened 8 times in a row already, am i doing something wrong here? why do i just keep getting 1 log, my wc level will soon be 61 i just don't understand did i waste the 92k i spent on this seed? or do i just have really bad luckk? I think it's bad luck, can't be sure because I haven't yet planted my yew tree (I'll probs do that a gnome soon, but I'd never buy a seed). Cptbaker08 Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 Its random, i once got 3 loads of logs off one yew tree i planted while all the others i only got a few. If you have a hyrda, that would be the best thing as it lets you grow your tree back after you chopped it. But i say it be better to just go chop down yews that are normally grown. 97k for a seed and you barely get any logs back, I count that as a bad move.
