I'd give it a shot tbh, but only if you have a slayer ring.

They are hard, but you shouldn't skip it until you have at least tried them once. And you really should use the slayer ring, SOOO much easier. ::'

Prayer isn't a viable option there, and really only a higher level should attempt it unless you're willing to make a few trips. But if you do, get the slayer ring from a slayer master, as zaaps said.
