By stack you mean normal exp right? Then yes.

 

Its about 50 to 60k (without helms so 100 to 120k with helms) at ice trolls not too sure about wallaski's.

I thought cannons were totally unaffected by you're stats, as they aren't adjoined to you like normal weapons and thus completely bypassed all possible bonuses or boosts from items such as void or the sc gear?

There's a rumor that wearing range armor increases the effectiveness of the cannon.

 

 

 

I think it's a myth but then again I really don't care. I just want my slayer task finished.

 

 

 

I can't answer the SC armor question, that's something you should test yourself.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What I can say is that it helps against almost every High quantity low risk slayer monster out there. Things like Daggonoths, Mutated Bloodvelds, and the monsters in the pollinveach well.

 

 

 

I think the most noteworthy one is it's value in scarabarite tasks. You just tank the damage and take out the 50 scarabaite mages/rangers/meleers with the cannon. Without the cannon, this task would be not efficient with all the crazy poison, disease, and damage you can get from scarabarites.

 

 

 

Basically doing it only for slayer, you should be able to make money back from cannonballs from all the herb drops of most slayer monsters.

 

 

 

 

 

If you only want range exp, I used to use them alot in Daggonoths. Just focus on picking up the herb seeds.

yes it's just purely for experience, i have only 30 slayer and don't intend on training it.

If you killed the daggonoth mother, you should be able to access that place whenever you want.

 

 

 

Use a games necklace to teleport to barb assault minigame. Hop the stones north. Then go in the lighthouse.

Bandit camp would work but it might be a bit of a waste.

 

 

 

Remember a single cannon ball can hit up to 30.

 

And most of the bandits only have 30hp.

 

 

 

Meaning even if your cannonball only hits marginally below 30 you then are wasting a whole 2nd cannoball to do like 2 or 3 damage whihc won't net you alot of xp.

Cannoning is really only worth it when your slaying. Its slow range experience but boosts slayer exp by a decent margin.
