I was in world 2 today to lend out my claws. I saw a lot of people selling claws for junk and saying they are going to crash really bad. Then I looked at the ge graph and saw they went up 1.7m today. So I guess what I'm asking is: Are they going to crash even though they rose so much today?

They seem to have already crashed.

As rsw said, they've crashed as much as they're going to. Bounty+1 worlds have stopped the price completely plummeting, so buying now is your best chance to get a good deal ;D

Actually they crashed, got bought out, and now crashed again. So they are starting their crash right now so wait a few updates and buy when you feel they are worth it.

 

 

 

Tip: Ge price raises and falls do not neccessarily mean the item is crashing or rising. Things can be bought out within minutes and dumped within seconds.

It wouldn't make sense since 1 item worlds are going to be a huge hit and Dragon Claws are the ultimate pj-er weapon.

Should I maybe wait 1 more day and see? Or would it be too late by then?

As far as I can tell, the dragon claws will only rise from here, jagex won't nerf them, and since you can now protect them on the +1 worlds, people are going to want them more, or at least find them useful enough to keep buying them, so just hold on to them.

I don't know though, they don't really look like they are crashing based on their graph...

I said this before.....they can crash in a matter of seconds. You can try to sell min on the GE and I doubt they'd sell. Graphs don't mean anything because they are not updated every second. Do looking for yourself if you wish but they are crashing.

Another topic that has been floating around along with these changes are the so called PJers (pile jumpers, player jumpers, etc.). Were hoping that one side effect of the disabling of Protect Item will reduce the amount of players who choose to resort to this method, as waiting around in a dangerous area can now leave them as quite an appealing target for other players. We certainly dont think it will stop it, as even before the update they were quite often risking the valuable weapons other players are now concerned about. However, we do have plans to make 1-versus-1 combat a bit more stable and harder to interrupt, and we hope to have these changes with you in the near future (I will be working on them this week).

This is what I saw and thought. The only thing that bothers me is the number of people in world 2 that are selling for junk. Maybe they are price manipulators?

claws might have gone up 1.7 yesterday, that doesnt stop them from crashing right NOW. The GE is way too slow to show trends rightaway. But if you still don't get it. TOMORROW, claws will probably have gone down on the GE. However, then it is already too late.

The only thing is that claws have been fluctuating a lot lately. Going up or down 500k-2m a day then back the other way the next day.
