yup, he's sucking the soul out of the guy :D

The mages left arm (our right) looks weird, you need to give him an elbow. I think that hand is a little small too (the one holding the staff).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Maybe the guy he's sucking the soul out of, I think his legs need to be a little bit bigger.

How about putting them on ice? You could, but it would probably be too hard add a reflection in the ice. Also have kinda mountains in the distance with clouds surrounding the tips.

Im thinking some kinda graveyard with longish grass, uknow.. blowing around cus of the spell, sorta like what you've already got around the right guy.. Just work on the left guy and give him long stylish hair so that too can blow in the wind, in the distance have some thick fog with some spooky sillohetted figures showin, like angel statues, tombstones etc..

so far that i will lay a pair of querys upon you and it louds the following; Did you Colab or did you use reference for one but not for the other or just messed up?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the pose on the right is superior to the one on the left as is the anatonomy and design.

 

 

 

depth, perspective right has it and left lacks it.

 

 

 

ditto on correct prportions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

no offense but this comes on very awkward to me.
