Ermm tried to shade differently, not really cellshading, more like brushing I guess. Teh background was really..random heh. Some crits- The back of the neck, although the hair crosses over it it still looks a bit odd. The hair is parted so much Doesn't look too girlish IMO. If you're aiming for a more realistic shading technique on the face, you should learn about the planes...
