Um it's a WIP because the coloring on my screen is messed up...so I hafta check the picture on the other computer tomorrow.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ermm tried to shade differently, not really cellshading, more like brushing I guess. Teh background was really..random heh. Not really a fantastic pic but felt like postin'

Looking great so far, Should of had a gerbil through one of the circles.

 

 

 

Some crits-

 

 

 

The back of the neck, although the hair crosses over it it still looks a bit odd.

 

 

 

The hair is parted so much

 

 

 

Doesn't look too girlish IMO.

It looks fantastic. But imo, the background is far too busy and the facial shading could still use some work. If you're aiming for a more realistic shading technique on the face, you should learn about the planes...

Nevertheless; far better than I could ever do, that's a given. :)

Awesomely nice, the only part I don't like is the red bit of hair on the side of his head, but it looks with the same skill as everything else.

The line on the neck makes it look like the head is torqued waay to the left.....and like the shoulders wouldnt line up correctly...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The title needs to change, as I believe you think it needs to, so just think on it and stare at it and get inside the characters head some to try to fugure that out :)

mouth looks too far to the right, neck line looks odd :? other than that its awesome :shock:

If it's a girl the eyebrows should start out thick and thin out.
