Experience rates at w36 for 91+ assisters are insane, there has been times when I have finished 30k xp in 20 minutes. You will always find someone with 91+ runecrafting there. Equip your tiara and the company robes (Not sure what they are or if people care anymore). If you're going to the altar by abyss, bring necessary items (Axe, pick, etc) 2. Get to the altar however you like, be it abyss, Graahk, or walking. 3. Find someone who is willing to assist. They usually call it out. If not, call out yourself that you have essence. For an extra precaution, look up the person in the HS tables to make sure they're 91 RC 4. Req assist from them. Craft your runes, bank, repeat.
