How much better is a whip + defender than just a sara sword? I prefer training strength when i do slayer, which i can do with a sara sword and not a whip, but the extra 5 mill is tough to pay. is it worth it?

I agree with Death.

If you want to train Strength use Dragon Scimitar and Rune Defender. Personally i wouldn't pay an extra 7M over the Scimitar. Both are good for training Strength but i just don't think the difference is incredibly great for me to blow 7M on a more update version of what a Dragon Scimitar does.

Well it is more exp an hour and you can sell back so if it doesn't crash you arn't "blowing" 7m

D scim cant use crush which makes it worse for slayer. also for prayer training a free 2 prayer boost is nice. Sell it after 99 str no big deal. Also it does give more exp/hour
