Starting/ending ops of both clans (screenshot is valid proof): they didnt show since they had some sort of trouble with actually preparing at all for this war. and apparently never heard of it till the last 10 minutes in which we told them we could give them an extra 15 minutes to mass( we wanted to war and not just get a win by forfiet) so they said ok, they went to get ppl but decided they couldnt mass enough and so forfieted and apologized. they were respectful and thank you lth for showing respect. here is the pick of someone from their side saying we forfiet :

also you should know toco in that last pic is not in ck. but he was trying to join us. so just count him as some random person. soz we cant get exact number of ppl because there was no one to war. on a side note, hope this doesnt happen again :wall: but in the last pic thats like 21 ppl counting calmitiy (leading us) and me (taking picture) and discounting toco (not in our clan)

Well, it seems that in this declaration viewtopic.php?f=216&t=801403&start=20 lady ninane suggested each official respond with what they want. So after looking at it, it doesn't seem the war was actually set yet. :/ I don't know, I'm just a bystander :)

I have looked over the declaration topic in question. Not a single post in the declaration was an "I accept these rules" or some other acknowledgement in that thread. So if you accepted rules somewhere off the forums, I ask that you please provide proof of this, otherwise I'll have to assume this claim is bunk.

 

 

 

Lol as king said.The Ml's are clearly different and we asked for a cap to make things fair.You declared on a clan with 50 users and you have 115 and you expected a full out,that says enough by itself.Since you don't wanna be co-operative let's let the TWR mods settle it

 

 

 

This was the last post from a Lethality official concerning the declaration in question. As was requested, a moderator (me) stepped in and tried to help with negotiations.

 

 

 

If you want points for this war, I suggest a rematch as neither you nor LTH made an attempt to negotiate these rules with a moderator's supervision or suggestions.

Sorry about the misunderstanding, however, as you can see. I never accepted the last rule from you guys and Kris have posted that we get in contact with a TWR MOD first.

 

 

 

Kris is on a trip and Iam busy with Frat stuff and that is why we haven't replyed in a few days. And I will still be busy untill this Tuesday. I would like to apologize for our inactiveness however, as I said before, LTH never Accepted to the rules. I will explain what time LTH will be around for the agreements.
