It is not a heavily manipulated item because of the expensive price tag making it so not everyone in the scam clans can buy them. You'd be safe if you bought it after the drop stablizes. August 2, 200916 yr I don't know how the xp rates are with scimmy but I know that the ss is the best strength training wepon so if your trying to train strength it definatly the way to go.
