I have a goal of getting all of my stats to EXACTLY 70, the only one that might go above is hitpoints. I just got all stats 60+ tonight. That means every one of my skills is between 60-70. I am also only 85 combat right now. I also like quests, and I am aiming for the cape. Here is my stats (in the 60 runecrafting screenshot), and BOB with my quest points. Yeah, the only way I've trained combat since lvl 3 has been through slayer. The only other combat xp I have got has been from quest rewards, which adds up to a lot.
