Sure, once you figure out the rhythm, and figure out that you need to concentrate to make those 60-80k/hr rates possible. You won't have to concentrate nearly as much with gold, especially at higher combat levels. Granted, I'm not going for 99 - but I've been doing Living Caverns since it came out and have made it to 87 with no pain. Granite made me hate my life, but gold is actually somewhat enjoyable. You might consider alternating - doing granite when you can spare the concentration, and gold when you can't. That might help stave off the inevitable burnout.
