It's moot because he shouldn't be using a fury or a strength ammy anyway; you would want to be using a salve ammy (e) and spec on something undead. Guards are. :P There are plenty that are close to a teleport, though, and that's essentially the same thing. Off the top of my head, Tormented Souls at the Ectofuntus should work, or skeletons in low-level Wildy north of Edgeville, which is also close to a bank, actually.
