This is usefor for fools like me who accidentally lost a bone, and had to figure out which of the 9 dragon tail bones they lost.

Absolutely useful, though it doesn't tell you which ones you still need, just which ones you've already collected or turned in...along with the Tip.It guide, it's EXTREMELY useful for picking up the trail later on...so...+1 from me!

You won't get this drop again if you already have it in your bank or handed it in polished to the Bone man, the drop can also be obtained from the Kyatts in the snow hunter region

I haven't handed in the polished bone yet, nor do I have one in my bank, yet I was still unsuccessful at getting this item as a drop from the sabre-toothed kebbit.

I can confirm this. I got one on my first kebbit after doing the quest.

I've handed in all my bones in now except the Pelvis of the Aquantine, still need to get the required slayer level for that though
