i havtn done many quests and azand bandits are not an option so plz help if u can

all help is greatly appreciated thank you in advance =D>

Try doing the quests "Defender of Varrock" and haunted mine.

Then do the "Tarn's lair" mini-quest.

After that get yourself a salve(e) amulet and go into the chaos temple hideout you get into during "defender of Varrock" and kill armoured zombies for great xp.

You can also equip the salve(e) amulet, go to Ape atoll and get inside the temple.

Then go down and go near a corner where high lvl zombie monkeys respawn.

Pray melee and kill them.

Or just do some slayer. It's great for training.

These are 3 great ways for some good melee xp.

Or you could always kill some rock crabs or yacks I suppose...

or just training regularly with slayer?

With your stats, I'd train for a couple of hours at ape atoll and their level 167 gorillas. All you pretty much need is some antipoison, 2-3 good food, and 43+ prayer. There is a altar inside where the gorilla's are so there is NO need for prayer potions.

You might want to bring a few prayer potions. I heard stories of people getting trapped and not able to get back to the altar when low on prayer.

I would say train slayer to at least 55. And i say that for the reason to use Broad Bolts while ranging. Once you hit 55, if you like slayer you can continue to higher levels. IF you don't then stick to some other methods.
