In my opinion, yes. MAke sure you block incovenient tasks first, keep some points spare so you can skip.

Yes, depending on clicking skills. It can be profitable as well, I think when you buy the unf bolts from th slayer master.

You only get double experience from Stealing Creation robes when you're performing a combat spell. You get bonus magic experience from Magic Brawlers during any magic spell.

For the broad bolts part.I can make 1k broad bolts/minute=>60k bolts/hour.This is 180k xp/hour.You can buy the broad parts for 50gp/piece from a slayer master and I recommend buying them from Shillo.There is also a fishing shop downstairs which sells feathers, 6 gp each.You might want to rest after 1 hour of fletching this way
