Granite mace Vs Rune scimitar

Im training on rock crabs (level 13) and read somewhere they're weaker to crush attacks. That being the case, does anyone know if the Granite mace would make a better training weapon to camp at rock crabs with? Im not fussed about the spec, but speed to scimitar if anyone knows would be great.

The granite mace is actually quite a horrible weapon, check it out compared to the Granite Maul, which is the same speed but MUCH worse stats, plus the granite maul has the cool special attack. I only compared it to that because I read it as maul at first. Also, a Rune Warhammer is nearly identical to it, but actually also has better stats (other than prayer since it's a mace again, but that doesn't matter).

 

 

 

Really, though, since the rock crabs are such low health you would want to just stick with a faster weapon, and they really don't have much defense anyways I don't think, so unless you're hitting many 0s now stick with an efficient quick scimmy rather than a slow, weapon whose bigger hits would be wasted on rock crabs' low hp.
