Yes, the crystal saw and tea bonuses stack; I know people use this combo all the time. The crystal saw gives you a +3 bonus, but it's invisible. The tea gives +1, +2, or +3 depending on the type of shelves you have.

 

 

 

Not sure about the stew.

Keep in mind the saw's boost only works on items that actually need a saw to build. So no rooms/ limits, etc.

Yep, you need 86 if you plan on tea + saw, and at least 83 if stew + saw.
