just need legs and top what would you reccomend ?

prossy then use the 10% prayers all the time.

Theres no reason you shouldn't use barrows, the repair cost is so miniscule it shouldn't matter.

I'm not short of cash I just got 99 hunter and other stuff saved but I would prefer to roll out in dlegs and a rune top if I'm fighting basilisks or a creature that doesn't take much food anyway.

you coul use fighter torso if you dont need the defense. other than that, proselyte/rune will so fine

rune plate and d skirt/legs work fine for me and you have higher def...so ya lol
