September 1, 200916 yr Author Ahh the Devils, greatest goalie of all-time. What will that organization do when he has to retire? #61 Maxim Afinogenov :]It's ok, I'm a Bills, Sabres, and Mets fan...I'm used to disappointment.
September 1, 200916 yr Ahh the Devils, greatest goalie of all-time. What will that organization do when he has to retire? Grow a new one. Nemo vir est qui mundum non reddat meliorem..
September 1, 200916 yr Author Good point, but they did pretty good with Clemmensen, he actually had a better save percentage than Brodeur. Clemmensen: .917 Brodeur: .916 Ok...so it isn't a huge difference... Did the Devils sign Clemmensen? Something is telling me he went somewhere else. #61 Maxim Afinogenov :]It's ok, I'm a Bills, Sabres, and Mets fan...I'm used to disappointment.

And Weekes is pretty weak, but can get better. Plus he looks sick as a black goalie with a mask (no racism intended at all). Nemo vir est qui mundum non reddat meliorem..
September 1, 200916 yr I'm hoping the Leafs can do something this year. Their defence looks amazing with Kaberle, Komisarek and Beauchemin plus Schenn has a full NHL season under his belt. Their goaltending could be either amazing or average, depending on how good "The Monster" really is, since he will either push Toskala, causing him to play a lot better, or he won't. And their forwards are lacking, even if Jason Allison (yes, he's been invited to camp) makes the team. But hopefully the defensive abilities outweigh their offensive shortcomings (assuming they don't have several players with "career years"). If not, looks like I'm going for Vancouver and/or Calgary come playoff time.
September 2, 200916 yr Author Seems like a lot of Leafs fans here. When the Sabres don't make the playoffs, like they have the past two seasons, I always cheer for Detroit. Henrik Zetterberg and Pavel Datsyuk. #61 Maxim Afinogenov :]It's ok, I'm a Bills, Sabres, and Mets fan...I'm used to disappointment.
September 2, 200916 yr Oilers all the way! Hoping Hemsky has an 80+ pt season, he's definately got it in him. But we still need a sniper. with calgary.
September 2, 200916 yr Author Hey, the Sabres scored 10 goals against Edmonton last season. #61 Maxim Afinogenov :]It's ok, I'm a Bills, Sabres, and Mets fan...I'm used to disappointment.
