Rock lobs for charms.

 

Mummies for straight up xp.

Burst at Rock Lobsters. You will get a lot of charms, making this not only the best place to burst/barrage, but the absolute best place to train magic in general.

 

 

 

Each ice burst is approximately 180 magic xp. Should be easy for you to calculate from there.

I've had a few near-death experiences as well. But if you lure in Veracs you shouldn't have many problems. Still, bring a RoL. Each trip will be about 3-4m in runes, plus ahrims that's 3m, plus the charms. In total that's about 10m worth of stuff you don't want to lose because you decided to run a Seers Ring or imbued ring over a ring of life.

I estimate about 110k hp and 120k summoning xp (at level 89, probably less for you) per 1k burst, 180k mage xp per 1k bursts sounds right. The aow guide is very good, I recommend you read it.
