I was trying to buy some diamond rings to cast level 4 enchant on, but I just could not buy them. After about 2 weeks I had bought 15 of them, so I decided to sell them. I attempted to sell a group of 9 for max price, but those weren't selling. I was trying to buy for max price, I didn't get any, tried to sell for max, they didn't sell?

 

 

 

So the 6 others I tried to sell for mid price, those too won't sell! There has to be some sort of explanation for this...

You can't sell something right after you buy it for 4 hours.

But I had the rings sitting in my bank for atleast a week, is this a 1 bad apple spoils the bunch story?

Or it manipulated a bit...noticed rune knifes? A friend of mine did that.

But also it could be a case of no-one is selling them, and no-one is buying them. Its unlikely, but definitely possible.

You waited about two weeks before selling them. In that time, the GE updated at least 14 times. It's quite possible that during that time, the prices changed.

 

 

 

Also don't forget the aspect of demand, which isn't a fixed thing. It's always changing, from leaps and bounds to small margins.
