Do I need the 56 agility requirement or can I do it with 53 + agility potion? If so, how many pots would I need?

You can do 53+ potion. I'm not sure on the number you're going to need, however, if you can use a terrorbird, the scrolls give the exact same bonus and they stack, and are easier to get as well.

[Edit]:Sorry, actually I was wrong, it only gives +2, however it's still a lot easier to use than the potions. If you do use the potions, depending on how often you "mess up" you may need up to 10 (I would think).

Just be aware that your terrorbird cannot fit through the well at the end of the underground pass. Found that out the hard way. #-o
