October 7, 200916 yr I believe using a master wand (Good mage bonus + the 10% extra damage) would be your best choice.

Not to mention you will be saving time if you are going for crims by needing to cast fewer bursts to kill the lobsters. October 8, 200916 yr Void mace, the cost of the water runes doesn't = the cost of 10% of the damage so its more effective to use a 10% item.
