Good Melee Equip for PC

Featured Replies

I have 97 Hp and Str atm and am planning on training them again soon to get to 99.. Im mostly going to be doing PC. What would be some good Armour, weps, and equip for around 70mil or so.

My personal preference for pest control is void knight melee, you get a huge accuracy and strength boost. As far as weapons go it all depends on what your training, whip for attack/defence, any godsword for strength.

Previously known as Monkeybeast0.

Void melee and bgs > void melee and ss > bandos and bgs >bandos and ss

use void if you already have it otherwise use bandos.

Godswords are terrible for training, use a saradomin sword.

He's not training, he's doing PC.

And I'd just use your normal melee set up that you usually use for whatever, and BGS spec is nice if you hit on portals but at usually only once per game I don't see it as worth getting just for that purpose.

Err, he's training with pc. You still get xp for damage you do (although it's less if you kill the monsters). And doing more damage will also take down the portals faster.

Using a better weapon will get you faster experience...

For straight training I will agree with you that GS's are not better.

But for PC I do find a GS to be better, against portals anyways.

The exp you get a PC is half of the normal exp and the games only take 2 to 2.30 minutes.

The difference in exp between a GS and whip is extremely marginal, but the hit ability on the portal is far better with GS.

If you do choice to use a whip take d hally for the portals (spec only) as you tend to get high hits.
