First you need to enable it, do this by clicking your name drop down in the top right, then clicking My Settings. Once there, click the "Blogs" tab to activate your blog. The same rules apply to blogs as they do to posts, you are expected to treat Blogs in the same way you would treat Blogscape, with the exception we will allow you to blog about real life there if you wish.
