Odd Billing Problem?

Featured Replies

I have been trying to pay for my membership via PayPal. my PayPal balance is currently $11.67, and membership via PayPal currently costs $7.50 for one month. My PayPal account is NOT verified. Here is a picture giving you an idea of my PayPal account:

Now, when I try to buy membership with PayPal, it says I don't have enough money to complete the transaction! "Add a Credit or Debit Card to Complete Purchase":

Can someone please help me? Am I doing something wrong? If you can help me I won't be able to thank you any more. :D

I got help from Jagex twice and they said that you don't need a verified PayPal account for 1-month subscription (not recurring).

You can't send money with paypal unless it's a verified account. Which seems illogical to me.

You sure of that from previous experience?

I'm only saying that because what you say contradicts what Mod Nienna and Jagex Billing Support told me.

My own experience, you NEED it to be verified or you can't do nothing with money except request a check from paypal.

You don't need a credit card, you can use a regular bank savings/checking account. Can take up to a week though
