My PayPal account is NOT verified. October 12, 200916 yr My own experience, you NEED it to be verified or you can't do nothing with money except request a check from paypal. You don't need a credit card, you can use a regular bank savings/checking account. Can take up to a week though Runescape player since 2005 Ego Sum Deus Quo Malum Caligo et Barathum
