I am currently 40 96 1. 1 Prayer, range and mage. 84 HP.

 

On f2p every target I get is either in a clan so I can't fight them, or they have 40 def and wear full rune so I can never make money off of having a target it seems.

 

I don't care what combat I am leveling to I just want to have ownage stats. I am currently going for 99 str. I know I need to get mage and range up I'm so far behind. I just don't know what levels to get..

 

I'd like to stay 1 prayer just so I have that advantage over other players for the time being, but I do think I need to get attack up if I want to continue pking. So what I'm asking is what attack, range and mage levels should I get? I'll mostly be pking f2p btw.

Are you staying f2p? If so, then range wont be of much use if everyone is using rune... You could get mage up see if bind/fire bolt help that much, but to be honest, i doubt it would. I think your best bet is to just find targets that will fight without armour, or just get ep and kill non-targets who will no armour.

No.. I want to stay 1 defense. Even say I just stayed 1 pray and got 99 99 99. I'd be 113 cb. I could be 88 combat with 99 99 1.
