I am just about to build my gilded alter and have just come across something which im not too sure about. Hopefuly you guys can help.

The burners you use do they have to be the Marble ones to get 350% Exp or can it be any type?

Any help appreciated :)

No, doesn't have to be marble. The Mahogany incense burners are the same. Marble's just a decoration.

His question was, do the burners have to be marble to receive the bonus for the altar, and as answered above, the answer is No. Any type of burner, such as oak, will do.

The exp is the same no matter the material, as long as it's a burner.

Oak burners are pretty much all you need. The marble ones are just for decoration honestly. There are no differences in burners other than just the look and name.

Just to compound and repeat what everyone else has already stated.

Apparently, my signature was to big.
