He means the lockers in the customs office in Rimmington. You can bank items in them after completing the P2P quest Rocking Out. It's not available in F2P, and I'm not 100% sure but I don't think the lockers are accessible on free servers.

Yes, I remember Jagex updating it so you cannot use those lockers in f2p. I was wondering if he was referring to something else I'm no aware about.

The entrana deposit box at port sarim. Its useful for mining iron at rimmington AND willow/oak/yew chopping

 

 

Its not the best compared to varrok tele from west mine but I always use it

I dont know what you mean.

Its just a deposit box (cylinder?) that you one click open and then press empty-inventory button. Very useful for willow chopping since draynor is ALWAYS full.

I dont know about ore/hour, i'm dont usually play very effeciently (browsing tip.it, looking up stuff ect) enough to do xp-gp-insert-item-here/hour stats
