That depends, what's your range level? You should use them at the skeleton monkeys in Ape Atoll dungeon, but be advised you will also need to invest in prayer and range potions.

It's good for multi combat area.

Use them at ape atoll zombies, you can get 200k+ exp per hour there easy.
