I'm 57 at the moment and I was wondering what would be the cheapest or most efficient way to 85-90 Herblore. I do have a decent chunk of money, But I'd like to spend as little as possible. Apart from that there not much more you can do to reduce costs. Sorry I can't help you on prices or the cheapest method as there changing day to day although your talking about 11gp/exp at last I heard. You can also grow some herbs yourself to either use, or to sell them to buy the herbs/seconds you really need. As to what to make try looking at the RS Wiki calc to Herblore.
