Training magic

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm not very good with comparing what to use and not to use and what it will cost an so forth.

So I wold be ever so grateful if someone could give me some advice on how to raise my magic lvl. I'm thinking about going for 90ish.

What would be the fastest way? And how much would it cost?

What would be the cheapest way? And how long would it take?

And is there some sort of good middle ground? I'm not infinetely rich...

Thanks in advance.

(Oh yeah, I'm lvl 83 atm.)

High alchemy is a golden oldy. Be sure to check GE prices, you can pretty mych break even sometimes.

I used string amulet (lunar) but it is expensive. Especially when I heard that astrals are expensive nowadays.

Faster/more expensive is ancients (burst). I have no xp rates.

I trained a lot using super glass make (lunar) since you can actually profit (not sure with astral prices nowadays) and it gives crfting xp as well. It is not ver fast, however.

Just to remind you: speed = money! The faster the exp, the more it's gonaa cost you.

Well, according to the high alch calculators at wiki, there is no way to break even with high alch. Not anymore after personal shops come to live.

Cheapest way is super glass make, then super heat adamantite, then lv-3 enchant. The cost depends on how fast you can make money with. I think I have post the rates of the slower methods somehwere here before, but I have lost them now.

Mage DK's or play barrows (DK's are far better exp per hour) and use the drops to fund a more expensive method.

Maging avis is another possibility, but its break even with no real profit.

Do you know any good guide for Maging DK's?

Tip.it's guide is about as upto date as you'll get, its worth checking out brainymidget's guide in AoW (he created Tip.it's, but his tends to be update a bit sooner and has some nice videos).
