October 31, 200916 yr All I know is that a J-Mod confirmed that it is not sailing. That's as far as I know. There is no way to make "Millions fast and easy"... SO QUIT ASKING ABOUT IT!
October 31, 200916 yr The skill is F2P, yes, but apart from it not being Sailing, we know nothing more. Skillcapes have been said to be remaining P2P.

The skillcapes will not go F2P (at least not anytime soon as Jagex has said they wouldn't go F2P). My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)
