As well all should know, Halloween, Christmas, and New Years are just around the corner from each other. I'm asking those who celebrate these holidays to post their plans, holiday stories, and events/parties that you might be attending.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I know small short works of literature are suppose to be posted in the Varrock Library but nobody goes there :?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well let me start of things, This Halloween me and some friends of mine wanted to do something we never done before. We planned to drive to Asheville, N.C. on the 29th and host a Halloween party that night. On the 30th, me and the entire group are venturing through the Smoky Mountains/ forest with our tour guide leading the way (hopefully :oops: )

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then following up on the 31st, that night we will have a hide-n-seek event in the forest, I'm not sure how that's going to be produced because my crazy friend came up with the idea :shock: I missed the RS Halloween Bash that Tip.It Events Team hosted, so I guess this is my bash irl.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

----- My other holiday plans aren't planned yet, but I'm sure some of you have some great plans and or stories to get use in the holiday mood. :twisted:

Im turning 17 this 31st. Kinda very pee'd off at my parents atm so I prolly wont get anything again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christmas, too soon to say. But I dont like going out on holidays anyway.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I prefer to stay at home. Boring yeah, but somewhat peaceful.

Well, Halloween isn't really particularly big in Australia, and as i've stated previously, the wealthy people around here don't really appreciate being interrupted :roll:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So me and some mates usually just go and have some drinks somwhere, hang out, and let off fireworks around the entire area, it's always good fun :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For Christmas i'll be at home with my family, then leaving the next day to go to Byron Bay. It goes off at New Years, so i'll be up there till after New Years. Then after that i come back for a few days, then i'm off to 2 mates beach houses for around 3 weeks..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then i guess i come back, beach some more around here, enjoy mu uni break.. And prepare for another hard year of uni :lol: :P

I'm 15 now and I think I'm done treat or treating. Some of my friends are still going though :D It's just that my family usually gives away more candy than what I get from trick or treating.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christmas will prolly the same, we stay home and that's it. New Year is when family friends would go to someone's house and spend New Year there. I'm hoping it would be the same so I can spend New Year with my gf :P

How could I fail to add Thanksgiving to the upcoming holiday list :oops:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well as most of all do, we eat with our families and friends then tune into the NFL.

On Halloween, I'm probably just going to sit around, possibly hang out with some friends, go out steal some kids' candy... Something like that. Thanksgiving will probably be spent with my family, and my boyfriend's family... And I really don't know what I'll be doing for Christmas. Too soon to think about that.

we dont celebrate thanksgiving, hallween isnt that big, we are gonna have a party but nothing else.

It has 4 bedrooms (Of course for our guess we can make extra sleeping room :D) and there is 10 of us going :shock: The rate for a 7 day stay is $1,500. I have my $150 ready, I just hope my friends show up with their $150.

I don't think it's worth wasting $1500 for halloween. I understand if it's like a 3+ days retreat but one night? :\

Two months before next holiday (christmas) and I'm not even going to think about it till a week before.

 

 

 

Also I wouldn't really count Halloween as a holiday since it's just a celebration on 1 night.

It's not just one a nights' stay, it's a 7-day stay. And when you have money that you saved up that can be spent then you'll start taking vacations and trips too :D

The only real holiday out here is Christmas and that's a while away yet so I don't have any plans for it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But Bonfire Night is coming up (November 5th) and that's usually a good laugh, just chilling out, watching fireworks and enjoying the night.

just got back from gatlinburg, tennesee. thats a pretty fun place. stayed in a cabin in the woods for the last two days (thats why i havent been posting :twisted: ). not doing any more vacationing for a few years now :cry:
