November 6, 200916 yr are you doing it through range or with a whip? if it's with a whip, because of your lower attack/strength my suggestion is sould wars as you won't be getting much exp else where, i'd just suggest fighting the monsters and saving points up. if someone attacks you just switch to range. but that's just me someone else may suggest armoured zombies or to range aviansies but i don't know much about them. ]

November 7, 200916 yr P2p get your defence up at Armoured Zombies. They are 80k - 100k exp p/hr. You also make money by doing this method aswell the drops you should pick up are: - Teak Planks (noted)- Oak Planks (noted)- Normal Planks (noted)- All Summoning Charms.- Blood Runes- Chaos Runes- Death Runes- High leveled Herbs (ranarrs are dropped quite commonly) Although Defender of Varrock quest is required up until you meet the Armoured Zombies. Gl have fun.
November 7, 200916 yr Note on the armored zombies,once u get to them in quest, its best to just finish it,it doesnt really take that much time. and the person gets annoyingalso, if you have done slayer, which im sure u have, get enough points to get a slayers ringand teleport with it to tarzin's layer spellings wrong i'm sure, but kill him, both formsand u can enchant your salve amulet into a salve amulet(e) giving you +20 att/str bonus's
